Our state-of-the-art solar panel recycling facility uses advanced technology to efficiently process end-of-life solar panels. We begin by carefully dismantling each panel, removing the aluminum frame and tempered glass. The remaining components are then crushed and sorted to separate silicon wafers, various metals (such as aluminum and copper), and plastics. Through this systematic process, we maximize recovery of valuable materials for reuse in new products, thereby promoting sustainable resource management.
Our recycling process is designed to maximize resource recovery from end-of-life solar panels. By utilizing advanced methods, we are able to extract and reclaim valuable materials such as glass, aluminum frames, polymers, silicon, copper, and silver. Through this approach, up to 95% of the panel’s components can be efficiently recovered and reintroduced into the production cycle.
Solar panels are made from valuable materials including glass, aluminum frames, polymers, silicon, copper, and silver used in conductive layers. Through our advanced recycling process, up to 95% of these resources can be effectively recovered, promoting sustainable reuse and significantly reducing waste.
Solar panels are primarily made of recyclable materials like glass, aluminum, plastic, and semiconductors. By recycling, we give these materials a second life, reducing environmental waste and supporting a circular economy.
